Case of Thos. Longley, No. 501,953
On this 22 day of Aug., 1902 at Stockport, county of Morgan, state of Ohio, before me, N.E. Luckey, a special examiner of the Bureau of Pensions, personally appeared Obediah Brokaw, who, being, by me first duly sworn to answer truly all interrogatories propounded to him during this special examination of aforesaid claim for pension, deposes and says:
I am 80 years of age, P.O. address as above, no farmer.
Thos Longley was raised in my town and lived there near to me up to the time he went into the army. I never knew or heard that the had had any sickness or disease before he enlisted.
I have forgotten whether I saw him after the war. I don't think I did.
I never knew or heard that Thos Longley had any diarrhea piles or disease of lung or had anything the matter with him before he went into the army.
I have heard this read it is correct no relation no interest
