Survivors are his wife; two daughters, Beverly Burchess of Lincoln and Carol Laux of Hastings; one sister, Bernice Catsinas of Lincoln; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one son, Carl Dean, and two brothers. Memorials may be given to the Nebraska Children’s Home in Omaha or the church.
