Ada May Fay, 74, of Greeley died Thursday, Dec. 23, at her home.
   
She was born Sept. 21, 1930, in Armada, Mich., to Terrance and Goldie (Wellsted) Denton.
   
On Nov. 27, 1953, she married Stanley William Fay in Flint, Mich. He died Sept. 23, 1986.
   
Mrs. Fay was raised in Armada, where she attended school and worked in factories in the war industry. She and her husband moved to California, where she raised her family and worked as aerospace industry seamstress. She moved to Greeley in 1999 and attended Greeley Wesleyan Church. She loved to sew and crochet and was an avid reader.
   
Survivors are a daughter, Patricia Chapman and husband David of Greeley; three sons and their wives, William S. and Robynne Fay of Highland, Calif., Joseph A. and Joanne Fay of San Bernardino, Calif., and Brian K. and Anna Fay of Redding, Calif.; 11 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Her parents and a son Donald W. Fay are deceased.
   
Services will be at a later date. Cremation. Inurnment will be in Millville, Calif.
   
Allnutt Funeral Service Macy Chapel, Greeley, is in charge of arrangements.
