Mária Therézia Farsang - Hospital Report of death

medical report of Mariska's death
Translation:

From the Jahn Ferenc South-Pest Hospital, 1204 Budapest XX, Köves út 2-4. Written by Dr. László Fonyad, Chief Director on 10 July 1996

Dear Sir: In reply to your inquiry which we received on July 3 1996, I advise of the following about the care given to Mária Farsang, born 14 Oct 1914, of 1086 (8th District) Dobozi utca 41. She was admitted on 19 October 1995 to the IV. psychiatric ward geographically responsible for that area. As a result of a call by neighbors, she was delivered by ambulance. She was very agitated, incapable of looking after herself, very weak and dehydrated and hallucinating patient. After commencing the treatment her agitation lessened but her disorientation remained and despite the care and medication given pneumonia set in which resulted in her death on 9 January 1976. An autopsy revealed heavy general hardening of arteries and its results, as well as pneumonia.

In view of the fact that the patient did not have any relatives, we proceded according to the VIII th district's local government's rules. Her turn for the internment came on 20 February 1996 at 8:30 a.m. after her cremation (at Ujköztemetö 40/130 urn section.

Any estate is looked after, similar to the internment, by the relevant VIII district authority. my translation
