The church meet and after praise and prayer 1st Received the letter written by the clerk as the letter to the Association and appointed Brother Wesley MALCOMB as a delegate to the Association with the others already named and then adjourned.

The church met and after praise and prayer 1st granted letters of dismission to Brother Norwood TOBIAS and wife and then adjourned.

The church met and after praise and prayer 1st received Sister Lell BUTLER as a candidate for baptism 2nd Received Sister Sarah MONTGOMERY by relation 3rd voted to call Brother GEORGE to labor with us one fourth of the time for the ensuing year. 4th Granted certificate to Brother John VANNFER of his standing at the time of his leaving.

March 2nd Saturday 1869
The church met and after praise and prayer 1st granted a letter of Recommendation and Dismission to Br. James FOWLER 2nd Granted a Certificate of Membership to Sister GASWAY and then adjourned.

They report at our next meeting. 2nd voted to give Brother John M. TOBIAS and wife letters of Dismission and Recommendation.

February 2nd Saturday 1870
The church met and after praise and prayer 1st voted to give Brother William CONLEFF a letter of Recommendation and Dismission. No other business appearing adjourned.

March 12th 1870
The Coffee Creek Baptist Church met on the second Saturday in March 1870 and after prayer, praise and sermon by W. E. SPEAR the church proceeded to business. 1st Members of the sister churches invited to seats in counsel with us. 2nd The committee appointed to procure the labors of a preacher reported that the labors of W. E. SPEAR could be obtained for one hundred and twenty dollars a year. 3rd On motion the report was received and the committee discharged. 4th The church, by votye called Bro. SPEAR as the committee reported for once a month for a year and agree to pay him $120. a year to be paid quarterly. No other business adjourned.

The church met on the second Saturday in April, 1870, and after prayer, praise and sermon by W. E. SPEAR, the church went into business. 1st Minutes of last meeting read and adopted. 2nd Members of sister churches invited to seats in council with us. 3rd The keeping of the house is to be done this year by volunteer labor as follows: March and April, L. DEPUTY, May and June E. TOBIAS, July and August S. MALCOM, September and October J. COX, November M. ARBUCKLE, December I. TAULMAN, January W. GRAHAM, February W. DIXON. On motion the meeting was changed from eleven o�clock to 2 o�clock on Saturday. 4th Peace of the church called for peace abounds. Adjourned.

May 2nd Saturday 1870
The church met and after praise and prayer and sermon by Brother W. E. SPEAR no business appearing adjourned.

June 2nd Saturday 1870
The church met and after praise and prayer and sermon by Brother W. E. SPEAR, 1st chose Brother W. E. SPEAR to act as Mod. And Sidney BUTLER as clerk. And then adjourned.

July 2nd Saturday 1870
The church met and after praise and prayer and sermon by Brother W. E. SPEAR 1st voted that the clerk prepare a letter to the Association and present to the church at the August meeting for approval.

August 2nd Saturday 1870
The church met and after praise and prayer 1st received the letter prepared by the clerk to the Association and messengers named � namely, Thomas HILL, W. D. LEWIS, Henry LAWRENCE, Joshua TIBBETS, Samuel HALL, James COX, W. DIXON.

September 2nd Saturday 1870
The church met and after praise and prayer 1st received Sister Carline DONHAM by letter 2nd Received Sister Samantha CARPENTER by relation.

October 2nd Saturday 1870
The church met and after praise and prayer no business appearing adjourned.

November 2nd Saturday 1870
The church met and after praise and prayer by Brother Thomas HILL no business appearing. Adjourned. Dismissed by letter Matilda ROWLAND.

December 2nd Saturday 1870
The church met and after praise and prayer 1st voted to appoint a committee to procure the labor of some minister to labor with us for one year one fourth of the time. Brethren H. D. DIXON, James COX, Williamson DIXON be the committee and then adjourned.

The church met and after praise and prayer 1st voted to change the meeting to the third Saturday and then adjourned.

February 3rd Saturday 1871
The church met and after praise and prayer 1st voted to give Brother John P. LEWIS and wife letters of Dismission 2nd voted to give Brother BLANKENSHIP and wife letters of Dismission 3rd Voted that the committee that was appointed to procure the labor of a minister circulate a subscription to raise one Hundred Dollars for to compensate him for his services. 4th Voted to call Brother GLASPEE to labor for us one fourth of the time for the ensuing year. 5th Received by letter Brother Thomas G. STOUT and wife. 6th Received by relation Sister HOLBROOKS.

March 3rd Saturday 1871
The church met and after praise and prayer 1st voted to withdraw the hand of fellowship from Brother Isam BLANKENSHIP for failing to clear up a report that was against him and leaving without calling for a letter. 2nd appointed Brother MALIOM and SCOTT as a committee to see Sister Carline DUNHAM and to inquire into the nature of a report that is against her and report at our next meeting.

April 3rd Saturday 1871
The church met and after praise and prayer 1st Heard the report of the committee that was appointed to see Sister Carline DUNHAM and their report is received. They find her guilty and her case is referred to our next meeting.

May 3rd Saturday 1871
The church met and after praise and prayer 1st Received Sister Martha TOBIAS as a candidate for baptism 2nd Received Sister Ellen TOBIAS as a candidate for baptism and they was both baptized the same day. 3rd withdrawed the hand of fellowship from Sister Carlina DUNHAM.

The church met and after praise and prayer 1st voted to give Brother STOUT and wife letters of dismission. Sunday after noon the brethren at State received Sister Margret CARPENTER by relation. 2nd Received Sister Frances DONNELS by relation and then adjourned. 3rd Dismissed by letter Sister Ann HOLDBROOKS.

The church met and after praise and prayer 1st voted that the church prepare a letter to the Association 2nd Voted that Brethren William GRAHAM, James COX, Williamson DIXON be a committee to arrange for the Association. 3rd Voted that Brother Joshua TIBBETS request the � of the Standard to publish the time and the nearest station to us in the standard of our association. 4th Received by letter Sister Anabela ABBOT. 5th Received as a candidate for baptism Sister Nancy CARPENTER.

August 3rd Saturday 1871
The church met and after praise and prayer 1st Approved to the Association. 2nd Appointed Brother Williamson DIXON treasurer of the church and assigned him his duty, namely, that he see that there is money in the treasury to meet the expenses of the church, either by subscription or by appointment or by publish collection as the case may be and then adjourned.

September 3rd Saturday 1871
The church met and after praise and prayer 1st Received by letter Sister Melissa BOYD. Received by experience Sister Martha Jane REDMAN. 2nd Granted Brother Tervaman TOBIAS as a letter of dismission and then adjourned.
