FIRST GENERATION

1. Sgt. John McVey was born between 1737 and 1727 in Scotland. He served in the military between 1755 and 1760 in American Colonies for the French and Indian War. She had an estate probated on 13 Jun 1817 in Ardery, Bath Co., Kentucky. She appeared on the census in 1820 in Nicholas Co., Kentucky. She died after 1820 in Nicholas Co., Kentucky.
