Harbison Dies at 101 Years
One of Cullman County's oldest citizens died at his Route 4, Cullman residence on Sunday, July 5. He, W. M. Harbison, had celebrated his 101st birthday the past May.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, July 7, at Shelton Grove Baptist Church, with Reverend Harvey Edwards officiating and Moss Service directing interment.
Surviving are three sons, Lonnie, Raymond and Ulyss Harbison, six daughters, Mrs. Vedmer McHan, Mrs. Dellie Compton, Mrs. Gertie Sapp, Mrs. Verdie Knight, Mrs. Nada Tucker and Miss Nettie Harbison, fourteen grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild.
