EDGERTON - Rudolph Ellingsrud, 83, died Wednesday, in a Janesville nursing home.
Mr. Ellingsrud was born Feb. 7, 1877, in Albion Township. He married Louie Davis, Nov. 22, 1905. She died Aug. 20, 1955. He was employed as a carpenter and a farmer.
Surviving are a son, Harlow, of Edgerton; a sister, Mrs. Theodore Leslie, Stoughton, and three grandchildren.
Services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday in the Ruben Tellefson Funeral Home, the Rev. Amos Stolen, Stoughton, officiating. Burial will be in Fassett Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Friday.

EDGERTON - Mrs. Rudolph Ellingsrud, 72, died this morning in Edgerton Memorial Hospital.
The former Louie Davis was born Oct. 15, 1882, in the Town of Albion. She was graduated from Edgerton High School and taught school for several years in the Maple Grove, Lake Drive and Gravel School districts. Her marriage to Mr. Ellingsrud took place Nov. 22, 1905. She was a member of Eastern Star.
Surviving are her husband; a son, Harlow, of Edgerton; a brother, Durrel Davis, in Kansas, and two grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Ruben Tellefson Funeral Home, the Rev. J. R. Hestenes officiating. Burial will be in Fassett Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Sunday.
