Deceased Name: ETHYL FITCHETTE FREEMAN DIES IN NEW JERSEY
Ethyl Fitchette Freeman, 62, Patterson, N.J., formerly of LaFargeville, died Friday at St. Joseph's Hospital, Patterson.
The body was cremated. Spring burial will be in Theresa Cemetery.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Roger (Irena) Crommelin, Sussex, N.J.; four sons, James, Washington, and Jerry, Ralph and John, all of Patterson; two sisters, Dorothy and Marian Vaadi, both of LaFargeville; two brothers, Byron, Clayton, and Michael, LaFargeville, and several grandchildren.
Born June 15, 1934, in the town of Orleans, daughter of James C. and Vera McDermott Fitchette, she graduated from LaFargeville High School and married Robert Charles Freeman on Jan. 27, 1955, in LaFargeville. Mr. Freeman, who worked for Borden before his retirement, died Jan. 20, 1990.
The couple lived in LaFargeville for many years before moving to Patterson in the 1960s.
