NOTES:
I remember Kenneth Cheseldine, son of Charles Cheseldine and Elizbeth Minshall, from when I was a little girl. We used to visit them in London, Ohio. Kenneth managed the Cheseldine property in London, according to his niece Sue Huntington. He was a graduate of Ohio Weslyn University in Delaware, Ohio. He married Rebecca Hughes in 1920 when he was twenty two years old. He moved to San Francisco sometime around the 1930's and became an import, export merchant.

Kenneth was a small, dark complected man whom I remember as quite good-looking. When last I saw Kenneth and Becky, I visited them in their small home in Burlingame, CA just south of San Francisco. He seemed glad to see me, for by this time he was a very old man, and I was a middle aged woman. Barbara, their daughter came to Burlingame to meet me. Naturally the two of did not remember each other as we were small children when last we met.

It seemed that Kenneth was retired forever. They lived very simply considering that my childhood memories were that they lived like rich people in London, Ohio. They were very happy people. Kenneth was always known to be quiet and reserved, but everyone who knew him loved him. I have always been glad that I kept in touch with him until he died in a nursing home in 1988. It was Kenneth that provided the information about Posey's father and mother that he had on an old picture that had belonged to Posey.
Notes for Rebecca (Spouse 1)
Memories of Peggy Rufner, Cheseldine Descendent.

NOTES:
Rebecca Cheseldine or Becky as we knew her was a quiet shy person. I remember visiting her in London, OH and again many years later in Burlingame, CA. On my last encounter, I recall that she was very small in stature, and that her health had failed her. I received Christmas cards from her for man years. She always wrote a short note. She and my mother were or seemed to be best of friends. When they lived in London, Ohio we used to go to London to see them.!
