OBITUARY:Chalmer Harbison
Services for Chalmer Harbison, 73, of Logan will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 27, 2001 at Williams-McCracken Chapel with burial in Emeus Cemetery.
Williams-McCracken Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Harbison died Saturday, Aug. 25 at Baptist-Montclair Hospital in Birmingham. He was born in Cullman on Nov. 10, 1927 to Elmer and Dora Bates Harbison. He was a retired truck driver for Yellow Freight Systems and a minister.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Elwin Harbison.
Survivors include his wife, Vera Mae Guthrie Harbison of Logan; son, Charles (Pattie) Harbison of Logan; daughter, Charlene (Dennis) Jordan of Cullman; two brothers, Louie (Frances) Harbison, Leo (Dorethy) Harbison, both of Cullman; five grandchildren; and one great-grandson.

Visitation is from 4 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
