Novie Eddy Gillespie
MOULTON — Funeral for Novie Eddy Gillespie, 88, of Danville will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home with David Phillips officiating.
Burial will be in Lebanon Cemetery. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Gillespie died Monday, Jan. 20, 2003, at National Health Care in Moulton. She was born Sept. 19, 1914, in Alabama to the Rev. Issac Eddy and Senie Smith Eddy. She was a homemaker and the widow of Marlin Odis Gillespie.
Survivors include two sons, O.Z. Gillespie of Moulton and Billy Gillespie of Danville; two sisters, Evie Smith of Hartselle and Verbie Melson of Moulton; five grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Grandsons will be pallbearers.
