In 1951, Ted Foster was an attorney in Oklahoma City, and wrote a letter to Emma Daves, sister in law of Bertha and Lucy Myrtle re: Myrtle's will. The obituary below appears to be that of Ted Foster's wife: Alma Bernice Foster 12/21/1996 NOTE: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ FOSTER Alma Bernice was born April 20, 1907 in Oklahoma City, Indian Territory to Joe and Olive Collier. She passed away December 19, 1996 at the age of 89. She was predeceased by her husband of over 50 years, Ted Foster, one of the founders and former Dean of the Oklahoma City University School of Law. She was a member of the Mayflower Congregational Church in Oklahoma City, and was an accomplished artist in needlepoint and ceramics. Survivors are son, Ted D. Foster, Jr. and daughter-in-law, Mary Kaye Foster of Edmond; daughter, Olive Hope Gray and son-in-law, Dan Gray of Oklahoma City; 5 grandchildren, Kit Harlow of Houston, Tx., Susan Foster- Dargis of Chicago, Il, Janet Foster-Kiser of Plano, Tx., Dayna Gray Foster and Cindy Gray Hanna of OKC; and 3 great grandchildren, Christy and Angela Hanna, and Robert Sullivan Kiser. The family wishes to express their appreciation to the staff of Bellevue Nursing Center for the kind and loving care they extended during her three year residence with them. Appreciation is also expressed to Hospice Care of Oklahoma for their support. Graveside services are to be conducted at Memorial Park Cemetery at 10:00 a.m. December 21. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Care of Oklahoma, 1211 N.
