Antonio came from Italy in 1849. Was naturalized in 1853 in New York. On the 1870 census he is in Bear Valley with wife and children. From 1861 to 1869 the family owned the Garbarino store in Bear Valley across the street from the current Bear Valley museum. In 1873 the family moved to San Francisco. Antonio resided there until he died in 1899. To the best of my knowledge Antonio and Angelo were not related, but I can't rule that out yet.
