Minta H. Brown
Services for Minta H. Brown, 83, of 1667 St. Paul St., will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Moore Mortuary, E. 17th Ave. and Clarkson Sts. Burial will follow in Crown Hill.
Mrs. Brown, a Denver resident for 45 years, died Saturday at Galaxie Nursing Center, 1167 St. Paul St., after a long illness.
Born April 10, 1887, in Okolona, Miss., she was married to Marshall F. Brown there in 1908. He died in 1922.
Mrs. Brown. a bookkeeper, retired from Joslin's downtown store in about 1963. She was a member of Grace Memorial Church.
Survivors include four sons, Manford H. and J. Neilson, both of Denver, Ansel G. of Montrose, Colo., and Daniel W. of Pine, Colo.; three daughters, Bertha A. Eubank, Inyokern, Calif., Mrs. Sadie A. Wheeler, Port Isabel, Tex., and Mrs. Ida May Tally, Boulder; 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Friends may make memorial contributions to Grace Memorial Church.
