Mary Fitchett was born September 7, 1849 in Canada and died at the age of 83y 8m 14d on May 24, 1933 at her home near Conklin. She came with her parents to Michigan as a small child and the family settled on a farm near Conklin. She married in 1865 to Almon C. WILKINSON of Indiana. They moved to Conklin 17 years ago. Almon preceded her in death 9 years ago. They had two sons; William who has already passed and George who lives on the farm. Also surviving her are 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; 1 brother, Albert FITCHETT; 1 sister, Fannie PLACE.
