In Brookfield, N. Y., Feb. 27th, 1861, after an illness of several months, terminating in quick consumption, Mrs. Emma Crandall, wife of Jonathan Crandall, in the 47th year of her age. Sister Crandall professed religion many years ago, and united with the Seventh-day Baptist Church in Lincklaen, where she then lived. On removing to this place, she removed her membership to the Second Brookfield Church. And now that she is with us no more, we hope, and believe, that she has gone to be with Christ in the church above.
