Sophrina Greene:
Daughter of Walter Greene, who came on horseback from Rhode Island and settled near Clarendon before Sophia was born. (History and Genealogy of Stukely Westcott, Vol. 1, Pg.156, 1932)

Sophia's lineage: daughter of Walter6 (b-Clarendon, Jul 27, 1781, d-same, Feb 25, 1848) and (m2-abt 1810) Lovina Colvin (1783-1872); of Peleg5 (1747-1835) and Lucy Green (1752-1835); of Elisha4, Peleg3, Daniel2, of the first John Green of Quidnesset, RI. Peleg was a soldier in the Revolution and his son, Walter, served in the War of 1812. Peleg was an early settler in Clarendon, coming from West Greenwich, RI abt 1778. He was number 133 on the list of settlers who took the freeman's oath before 1791. He was b-North Kingston, RI; his wife, Lucy, son Walter and wife, Lovina, and Sophia, are buried in Chippenhook cemetery. (Book of Appendices, Stukely Westcott, Vol. 2, Pg. 144, 1939)

Clarendon death index says she died of cancer, book 2, page 128, November 30, 1884, age 74 years, 10 months, 10 days. (The Westcott Family Tree, E.J. Lewis, January 2000, pg. 118)

Amos Westcott:
Like his father, he spelled his name omitting one "t," for he said, "three were too many in any one name." He remained thruout his life on the farm at Clarendon, which his grandfather had settled on by 1783. (Stukely Westcott, Vol. 1, Pg. 156, 1932)
