June Green was born June 28, 1926 in Edgerton, Wisconsin, and died after a long illness on Jan. 11, 1979 at Community Hospital, Edgerton.
She was the daughter of Clinton and Myrtle McCarthy Green. She was married May 27, 1949 to Austin Vaught, Sr. She was a member of the Albion Seventh Day Baptist Church and was active in her church and the Missionary and Benevolent Society.
She is survived by her husband; three sons, Jerry, Austin, Jr., and Norman; two daughters, Mrs. Michael (Shirley) Dooley, and Ida Gay, and three grandchildren.
Funeral services were from the Nygaard Funeral Home in Edgerton, Wis., on January 13, with Reverend Norman Jole of Central Lutheran Church officiating. Burial was at Evergreen Cemetery, Albion, Wis. E.C.
