Milton Junction - William Harry Arnold, 75, died Saturday afternoon in Edgerton Hospital after suffering a heart attack.
The son of John and Roseanna McKinney Arnold, he was born May 22, 1885. He farmed most of his life until retiring and moving to Milton a year ago. He was a member of the Milton Congregational Church.
Surviving are his wife, the former Daisy Grace Hudson; three sons, Floyd and Duane, of Rte. 2, Edgerton, and Charles, Whitewater; two daughters, Mrs. John Anderson, Edgerton, and Mrs. Raymond Robertson, Janesville; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, and a brother, David of Milton. A sister and two brothers preceded him in death.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Milton Congregational Church, the Rev. J. W. Emigholz officiating. Burial will be in Milton Cemetery. Friends may call at the Albrecht Funeral Home from 7-9 this evening.

Milton - Mrs. Grace Arnold, age 101, died Thurs., Aug. 3, 1989, at the Edgerton Long Term Care Facility. Grace Hudson was born April 3, 1888 in Lima Township, the daughter of Charlie and Myra (Martin) Hudson. She lived her entire life in this area. She married Harry Arnold March 14, 1906 in Milton; he died in 1961. They farmed in Milton Township until 1960 when they retired and moved to Milton. She was a former Grange member, very active in the First Congregational Church, was a member of the Women's Circle of the church, and was a former member of the Oakdale Mother's Club. She was also a great mother.
She is survived by 3 sons: Floyd (Elizabeth) of Stoughton, Chas (Ruth) of Beloit and Duane (Elsie) of Edgerton; 2 daughters, Myra (Irving) Mykeljord of Janesville and Eva (Raymond) Robertson of Janesville; 1 sister, Janette Heinig of Milton; 12 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; 2 brothers, Willie and Anslie; 2 sisters, Eva Arnold and Almeda Davis.
Funeral services will be Mon., Aug 7, at 11:00 a.m. at the First Congregational Church, Milton, Rev. Sheryl Hendrickson officiating. Burial will be in Milton Cemetery. Friends may call on Sun. from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. at the Albrecht Funeral Home, Hwy. 26, Milton. In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a memorial has been established in her name.
