Charlotte "Chicky" (Arnold) Lawton died Friday, July 11, 2004 in South County Hospital, Wakefield, RI. Born in North Kingstown, RI on July 03, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Gladys L. (Gardiner) and Paul R. Arnold, Sr. Her maternal grandparents were the late Samuel Joseph and Mary Arnold (Crandall) Gardiner. She was the wife of the late Warren Lawton. Chicky leaves 3 children, Barbara McDonald, Marjorie Heise and Mark Lawton, as well as 6 grandchildren. She was the grandmother of the late Edwin "Tiger" Whitford. She was the sister of the late Paul R. Arnold. Jr, Gilbert Stuart Arnold, Barbara J. Arnold, Nancy Caroline Lafreniere and Kenneth Arnold. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of North Kingstown.
