Funeral services for Irving Crandall, 73, Milton Junction, who died at 2 a.m. Friday, Aug. 19, in Mercy Hospital, Janesville, were held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Albrecht funeral home. The Rev. A. H. Lambright officiated. Burial was in Fassett cemetery, Edgerton, with David Gray, Fred Kuhn, Norman Nelson, Willis Cashore, Lawrence Astin and Chas. H. Anderson acting as pallbearers. Mmes. Lawrence Astin, W. S. Howland and Thelma Cross took charge of the flowers.
Relatives from Marinette, Milwaukee, Kenosha, Racine, Waukesha, Beloit, Janesville, Edgerton and Albion attended.
Irving, son of Albert and Mary Simmons Crandall, was born Feb. 18, 1882, in the town of Harmony and had lived in this vicinity all his life. He and Nellie Walrath of Janesville were married Sept. 26, 1907. He had been failing in health for some months - part of the time being hospitalized, most recently on Aug. 16.
Besides his wife, survivors are a son, James W. Crandall, Detroit, Mich.; a brother, Louis Crandall, Beloit; a sister, Mrs. Sidney Green, Janesville; and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Irving Crandall, former Milton Junction resident, died Tuesday night in the home of her sister, Mrs. Arthur Ziemer, Milwaukee, with whom she lived. The former Nellie B. Walwrath would have been 67 on Nov. 8.
Surviving are a son, James who lives in Janesville; two grandchildren; and five sisters, Mmes. Frances Hanson, Inez Smith, Margaret Johnson Motz, Ruth Ziemer and Gertrude Moore, all of Milwaukee.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. in St. Mary Catholic church, Milton. Burial will be in Edgerton. Friends may call at the Albrecht Funeral Home between 7 and 9 p.m. tonight (Thursday).
