In Milton, Wis., Oct. 10th, 1864, of bilious remitting fever, Dr. B. F. Collins, aged 50 years.   Dr. Collins was among the early settlers in Wisconsin, and for many years had been useful and eminent in his profession.
He embraced religion, and was baptized by Eld. Stillman Coon, at Alfred, N. Y.
He was a man of generous impulses, and of warm affections.   His attachment to his family and friends was ardent and constant.   By them he will be held in fond remembrance, while the community that has so long relied on his services as a skillful physician, will not soon forget him.
In his last days of sickness, he manifested deep interest in his soul's welfare, and left gratifying evidence that he was reconciled to God.   He gave salutary counsel to his family, and quietly accepted his change.     D. E. M.
