Notes for Samuel (Spouse 1)
He married (1) Ann Bradford who may have been a daughter of Thomas Bradford of Dovenlier, Yorkshire, England. He married (2) Elizabeth, widow of Thomas Lechford, probably in England.(Thomas Lechford was the first lawyer to practice in Boston, but not being successful thence returned to London.)
Samuel Wildbore was exiled from the Church of Boston because he followed the teachings of Ann Hutchinson and in 1637 he became one of the founders of Portsmouth, RI.
He was wealthy for the times and had houses and lands in Tauriton, MA, Portsmouth and Little Compton, RI.
