Hi Don,
I couldn't find birth or marriage records to prove our Ruhama Tooley is Livona's daughter, but I did find a Death record in "The Decatur Review" dated oct. 19 1909 and it states she is survived by her husband 3 sons and 3 daughters also two brothers: Reuben Tooley of Argenta and John Tooley of Decatur also one sister Josephine Stimeling living south of Decatur.
So we are indeed related to the same family.

the 1900 census states Ruhama as having 9 children 6 living
I found three children buried together in the Friends Creek Cemetery I think they are Isaacs and Ruhama's

You had said you found Ruhama on the 1880 census but didn't find her husband Isaac he is on the line above her they marked her as starting the new house, but he is their.
You seem to have a lot more information than I do, but if their is anything other information from this family you want let me know.
