Funeral services for Mrs. Chester Herrington, 76, Milton Junction, were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 15, in the Milton Junction Methodist Church, the Rev. Gerald Tanquist officiating. Burial was in the Milton Junction cemetery.
Pallbearers were Clifford Janke, C. Richard Anderson, Harold Martin, Emmett Yale, Clarence Morrissey and Robert Cary.
Mrs. Herrington died at 9 p.m. Sunday, April 12, at Caravilla where she and her husband had resided for less than a year.
Florence, the daughter of Charles and Rosalie Ball Fox, was born in Johnstown Nov. 9, 1887. She was a graduate of Milton Junction High School, Whitewater College and Valparaiso University in Indiana. She taught school for 38 years, the last 23 in the Milton Junction Graded School before her retirement in 1954.
She was married to Chester Herrington Oct 7, 1925.
Surviving are her husband; a niece, and nephew. Three sisters preceded her in death.

Chester D. Herrington, 87, lifelong area resident, died Friday, Dec. 26, at Caravilla Nursing Home, where he has been residing since 1963.
Funeral services were held Monday, Dec. 29, at 1:30 p.m. from the Albrecht Funeral Home, the Rev. Richard J[ ], pastor of Faith United Methodist Church officiating. Burial was in the Milton Junction Cemetery with Dexter M[ ], Clifford Janke, Clarence Morrissey, Harold Martin, C. Richard Anderson and Edward Fandrei as pallbearers.
Mr. Herrington was born in Lima Center May 23, 1882, the son of Sylvester and Alice Stillman. His wife, the former Florence Fox, died in 1964. Prior to his retirement in [ ] he had been employed by Badgerland Co-op. He was a member of Faith United Methodist Church, Masonic Lodge 161 and Friendship Chapter, OES, and a past master and past patron.
There are no immediate survivors.
