Mrs. Raymond Lewis died of flu pneumonia Wednesday morning, Dec. 26, at her home west of Milton Junction. The funeral will be held Saturday, Dec. 29, at 2 p.m. in the Milton Junction Methodist church, Rev. Anton Hatlestad, officiating. Burial will be in Milton cemetery.
Grace M. Clarke, daughter of Nelson Clarke of Milton Junction, was born Nov. 22, 1893, at Magnolia. When she was one year old, her parents moved to Otter Creek where she grew to young womanhood. She was married to Raymond C. Lewis of Milton Junction on Dec. 3, 1913.
Besides her husband and father, Mrs. Lewis is survived by two daughters Gertrude May, 14 years old and Audrey Evelyn, 11 years old; four sisters, Mrs. John Craig of Lima; Mrs. E. R. Starks of Milton; Mrs. Richard Krueger and Mrs. William Osborn of Milton Junction, five nieces and four nephews.
Mrs. Lewis was a true mother and was very devoted to her family and home. She was always ready to help others who were in need, and believed in and practiced the Golden Rule.
All who knew her are shocked and grieved by her sudden death.

Milton - Raymond C. Lewis, 83, lifelong area resident and farmer, died Thursday of an apparent heart attack at his home on County Trunk M west of Milton Junction.
Mr. Lewis had been semiretired in recent years but was chopping wood at his home when he suffered the heart attack.
He was born March 15, 1890, and lived his entire life on the Lewis Homestead farm. He was married to Grace Clark in 1913. She died in 1928. He was married to Susie Hull in 1931. Mr. Lewis attended Faith United Methodist Church.
Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Donald Pett, Milton; a stepson, Norman Hull, Ardsvale; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Albrecht Funeral Home, with burial in Milton Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 tonight at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the church.
