Funeral services for Mrs. Bessie Gabel, sister of Milton Jct. resident Mrs. Lubelle Meyer, were held Sunday, April 16, in the Borgwardt Funeral Home in West Allis. Interment was in Highland Memorial Park there. Mrs. Gabel died April 13 following a long illness.
She was born on Feb. 25, 1893 in Milton Jct., the daughter of Charles A. and Julia Crandall Ogden. She was married to Elmer Gabel of West Allis who died in 1962.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Betty Holmes of West Allis and Mrs. Alice Mabbs of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; six grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Meyer.
