E. C. Burdick, 75, former Janesville resident, who died Wednesday, March 16 in his home in Alhambra, Calif., lived in Janesville until seven years ago. Mr. and Mrs. Burdick observed their golden anniversary in October, 1925.
He was a traveling salesman for 37 years, the last 15 of which he was in the employ of the Pittsburgh Steel Co. He was a member of the Wisconsin lodge No. 14 of the Odd Fellows and of the U. C. T., Janesville council.
Besides his widow, Mrs. Myra Burdick, Mr. Burdick is survived by a son, G. L. Burdick, Alhambra; several nieces and nephews. Burial was in San Gabriel cemetery. Mr. Burdick visited in Janesville three years ago.
