The remains of Fred Hamilton Bond of Fonda, Iowa, were brought here for burial Monday. Death resulted from a fall from the doorstep of his residence. He spent his boyhood in this village and was well known in the community. Dr. L. L. Bond of Denison, Iowa, father of deceased and a daughter accompanied the body. Brief services were held at the grave conducted by President Daland and the college quartet furnished the music.
