  Near Moscow, Idaho, June 4, 1886, of inflammation of the bowels, Peter Owen Babcock, aged 31 years, 4 months and 25 days.   A wife and four small children are left to battle with the stern realities of life without the assistance and sympathy of a loving husband and father; and death, with its ruthless hand, has taken one of the little band of Sabbath-keepers, in Nez Perce county, Idaho.   "How unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out."     E.
