  Myrtle M. Hagen, 78, of Edgerton, WI, passed away Monday, Nov. 23, 2009, at Mercy Hospital in Janesville, WI.   She was born in Edgerton on Feb. 21, 1931, daughter of the late Russell and Florence (Benash) Heritage Sr.   Myrtle worked as a nurse's aid at Caravilla Nursing Home for several years.   She was the tobacco cook during planting and harvest of tobacco on the family farm.   She loved to play cards and shake dice, watching the Packers and wrestling, and listening to country and polka music.
  For the past 36 years she has enjoyed the company of her significant other, Jimmy Denton.
  Myrtle is survived by her four children: Janice (John) Meyer of Edgerton, Kathy Huberd of Janesville, Clifford (Lorrie) Hagen and Lois Logan, both of Edgerton; eight grandchildren: Renee Adams, Dave Ambrose Jr., Naomi Dutcher, Amie (Phillip) Rolen, Denic Foy, Crystal Hagen, David (Tricia) Logan Jr., and Rachel (Jairo) Ponce; 16 great-grandchildren: Ricky and Sable Hendrickson, Faith Ambrose, Hanah Downing, Mason and Brecken Dutcher, Kaidy, Abby, and London Rolen, Jasmine and Trevor Foy, Jade Schultz, Blake, Cassidy Logan, Austyn Kabina, and Alex Ponce; brothers and sister: Russell (Lois) Heritage Jr. of Edgerton, Bob (Elaine) Heritage of Tuscon, AZ, and Elaine (Tony) Greene of Victorville, CA.
  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Earl Hagen; son: Earl Allen Hagen; and brother, Frances Heritage.
  Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, 2009, at the Whitcomb-Lynch-Albrecht Funeral Home, Edgerton, with Pastor Jim Hagen officiating.   Burial will be in Fassett Cemetery.   Visitation time will be from 9:30 a.m. until time of services Saturday at the funeral home.
