  EDGERTON - Archie C. Bickle, age 83, died Tues. Aug. 2, 1994, at Memorial Community Hospital.   The son of Lawrence and Bertha (Gross) Bickle, he was born on Aug. 4, 1910, at Edgerton.   His marriage with Murial Robinson was on Aug. 12, 1930, at Rockford.   A lifelong Edgerton resident, he was formerly employed as a police officer, tobacco worker, carpenter, and with the Edgerton Hospital until his retirement in 1965.   He was an Army veteran, and formerly a member of the American Legion, VFW, and Moose Lodge, all in Edgerton.
  Loved survivors include his wife, Murial of Edgerton; his brother, Clifford Bickle of Janesville; cousins, nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
  Funeral services will be held Fri., Aug. 5, at 11:00 a.m. at Edgerton Funeral Home, with Rev. Eric Norlin officiating.   Burial with military rites will follow at Fassett Cemetery.   Visitation hours are from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. tonight and on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until services at Edgerton Funeral Home, 800 So. Main St.

  Edgerton - Muriel M. "Merlie" Bickle, 93, a longtime Edgerton area resident, passed away Wednesday evening, Jan. 12, 2005, at Cozy L'il Acre, Janesville, where she has resided the past several years.   She was born on May 18, 1911, in York Township, Clark Co., WI, daughter of the late John F. and Ina (Yates) Robinson.   She was married to Archie C. Bickle for over 60 years; he preceded her in death on Aug. 2, 1994.   Merlie will be remembered by her family and friends for her cooking skills and the times she spent entertaining her family and friends!
  She is survived by her 2 sisters, Sylvia Wenzel of Janesville and Lila Koch of Whitewater; and many nieces, nephews, and friends, including a very special nephew, Melvin Bickle of Janesville.   In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters: Violet Bickle, Bernice Paradise, and Mildred Forrester-Spence; and 2 brothers, Lester and Harlan Robinson.
  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 16, 2005, at the Albrecht Funeral Home, 1004 S. Main St., Edgerton, with Rev. Bob Hays officiating.   Burial will be in Fassett Cemetery.   Friends may call on Sunday afternoon from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. at the Albrecht Funeral Home.
