  Edgerton, Dec. 20 - W. A. Clark, a resident of this city for 54 years and in business here for 47 years, died suddenly this morning.   He leaves a wife, two sons, Arthur and Theodore Clark, all of this city, and one daughter, Mrs. W. Naset, Sparta.
  The funeral services will be held at 1:30 Monday afternoon at the M. E. Church.
