CHRISTIAN GOTTFRIED BÖHME, son of Johann
Christoph Böhme and Eva Hahn, was born in Schafstädt 6 Oct, baptized
8 Oct 1742. His godparents were Jungfrau Dorothea Elisabeth, daughter of the
late Meister Johann Ottons, Bürger and shoemaker; Peter Schimpf and Christoph
Rükmar, both Nachbars and Einwohners in Großgräfendorf. He was confirmed in
Schafstädt in 1756. He died in Schafstädt 15 Sep 1816, at 5 p.m., age 76, of
a stroke and was buried on 18 Sep. He was called "Bürger and Einwohner of here,"
and a Rathsgericht. He left a "widow and one daughter."
He married in Barnstädt 7 Jul 1765, CHRISTIANE FRIEDERIKE MEISSNER, third daughter of the late Herr Johann Sigismund Meißner, "Churfürstliche Sächs. Feldscheerer."

JOHANNA CHRISTIANA BÖHME, born 13 Dec, baptized 15 Dec 1765; godparents: Jungfrau Johanna Elisabetha, eldest daughter of Christian Gottfried Serburg, tailor of here; Christoph Währ?, a servant of here; Jungfrau Christina Elisabetha, daughter of Andreas Eisting of Dornstädt; evidently died before 1767.
2. JOHANNA CHRISTIANA BÖHME, born 4 Mar, baptized 6 Mar 1767; godparents: Jungfrau Maria Elisabeth, eldest daughter of Meister Johann Martin Preisker, Kürschner of here; Jungfrau Johanna Christiana, 2nd daughter of the late Herr Gottfried Schlegel; Johann Christian Nette, eldest son of Christian Nette, Ausschuß Verwandten of here; confirmed in Schafstädt in 1781; married in Schafstädt 5 Jun 1791, JOHANN CHRISTOPH RÖDIGER.
3. SUSANNA DOROTHEA BÖHME, born 30 Mar, baptized 1 Apr 1769; godparents: Adam Bornhacke of Eichstädt; Susanna Fock, servant of here; Johanna Dorothea, daughter of Elias Witte of here; probably died before 1816, when her father's death was recorded, leaving one daughter.
4. CHRISTIAN GOTTLOB BÖHME, born 7 Oct, baptized 9 Oct 1771; godparents: Johann Gottlob, youngest daughter (sic) of Andreas Fritzschens, windmiller of here; Christian Gottfried Schimpf, "tuchschmidt" of here; Johanna Elisabetha, daughter of Johann Martin Freiburg, "auspänner" of here; probably the son of Christian Gottfried Böhme, laborer, who died in Schafstädt 10 Feb 1775.
