JOHANN CASPARI, son of Matthias Caspari and Elisabetha Simonis, was probably born about 1675 and died at Neufiltzen, Rheinland, 12 Feb 1734.
He married, by 1700, SUSANNA KAPPES, daughter of Matthias Kappes and Anna Maria Schell of Dusemont, Rheinland.
They evidently lived in Dusemont from 1700 until about 1707/8 when they moved to Neufiltzen in the parish of Wintrich.

1. ANNA MAGDALENA CASPARI, "daughter of Johann Caspar"; m. at Wintrich 31 Jan 1719, PETER DIETZ, son of the late Michael Dietz. She is sometimes referred to as "Helena."
2. BARBARA CASPARI, bapt. at Dusemont, Rheinland, 17 Nov 1700; godfather, Matthias Caspar of Filtzen; godmother, Barbara, daughter of the late Theobald Licht; d. at Dusemont, 3 Oct 1701.
3. ANNA MARIA CASPARI, bapt. at Dusemont, Rheinland, 18 Oct 1702; godfather, Johann Matthias Thomas; godmother, Anna Maria, daughter of Johann Bollig of Filtzen. Anna Maria, daughter of Johann Caspar was godmother for a daughter of Peter and Helena Dietz in Filtzen in 1721. She m. at Wintrich, 30 Jul 1726, MATTHIAS BOOS.
4. MARIA CATHARINA CASPARI, bapt. at Dusemont, Rheinland, 11 Feb 1705; godfather, Jacob Dick; godmother, Maria Catharina, wife of Jacob Caspar. Probably the Maria Catharina Caspari who married, by 1727, WILHELM GERBER.
5. ANGELA CASPARI, bapt. at Dusemont, Rheinland, 26 Apr 1707; godfather, Johann Matthias, son of Jacob Caspars; godmother, Angela, daughter of Nicholas Thomas. See Angela, daughter of Jacob and Maria Catharina Caspari (above) for a possible marriage.
6. JOHANN ADAM CASPARI, bapt. at Wintrich, Rheinland, 16 Dec 1708; godfather, Johann Adam Caspar; godmother, Susanna, daughter of Jacob Ditz.7. MATTHIAS CASPARI, bapt. at Wintrich, Rheinland, 26 Sep 1710; godfather, Matthias Collrys; godmother, Maria Ditz; d. at Zell 5 Nov 1772; m. first at Zell 4 Feb 1737, MARIA CATHARINA HERRES, who was born 15 Feb 1715 and baptized at Kr�v, Rheinland, 17 Feb 1715, daughter of Nicholas Herres and Anna Margaretha ___; she d. at Zell in 1739. He m. second at Eberhard Clusana (Klausen), 11 Sep 1739, ANNA MARIA KAYSER, who was b. 13 Feb 1716 and baptized at Ediger, 14 Feb 1716, daughter of Franz Peter Kayser and Eva Gr�ssen; she d. at Zell, Rheinland, 24 Dec 1794, age 76.
8. JOHANN NICHOLAS CASPARI, bapt. at Wintrich, Rheinland, 15 June 1714; godfather, Johann Nicholas Jose; godmother not named.
9. ANNA CATHARINA CASPARI, bapt. at Dusemont, Rheinland, (but mother described as being "of Neufiltzen"), 25 Jan 1717; godfather not listed; godmother, Maria Catharina, wife of Jacob Caspar.
