I, Barbara Ann Foulkrod, of the Borough of Frankford in the County of Philadelphia, widow being weak in body but of sound mind, memory and understanding do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.

I will that all my just debts and funeral expenses, and all charges touching the proving of or otherwise concerning this my will shall in the first place be fully paid and satisfied as soon after my decease as circumstances will permit.

And I hereby direct my executors hereinafter named as soon as conveniently can be to collect all money due me wither on bond or mortgage or otherwise, and after such collection I will and bequeath the same as follows:

To my daughter Rebecca Foulkrod, I bequeath the sum of one hundred dollars, in consideration of the care and services she has rendered me, and the remainder of my estate I order and direct to be divided into seven equal parts or shares, one equal seventh part I bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Dorsey, wife of Thomas Dorsey, one equal seventh part to my daughter Ann Maria Foulkrod, one equal seventh part to my daughter Rebecca Foulkrod, one equal seventh part to my son enry Foulkrod, one equal seventh part, to my daughter Louisa Foulkrod, one equal seventh part to my daughter Julia Ann Kidd wife of John Kidd, and the remaining one equal seventh part I bequeath to my son Jacob A. Foulkrod.

And lastly I nominate and appoint my friend Levi Foulkrod and my daughter Louisa Foulkrod Executors of this my last will and Testament.

In witness whereof I the said Barbara Ann Foulkrod have to this my last will and testment set my hand and seal this nineteenth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty seven.

Signed sealed published and declared by the above named Barbara Ann Foulkrod as and for her last will and testment in the presence of us, who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto in the presence of the said testator and in the presence of each other.
