Know all Men by these presents that we, viz. J. Lorentz Ruloffs, J. Jacob Schuppmann, J. Andreas Abel Sen., J. Johannes Moelich, J. Adam Fukeroth, J. Georg Schwartz, J. Philipp Weiss, J. David Moelich, J. Casper Hindersheist, J. Samuel Bernhard, J. Joseph Hernbecker, J. Jacob Klein, and J. Jacob Fassbinder at this time Elders and Deacons of the High Dutch Lutheran Congregation belonging to the meeting house called Zion in Lebanon, are held and firmly bound in the name of the foresaid Congregation and Meeting House unto Baltes Bickel of Reading Town, in the County of Hunterdon and Province of New Jersey, his Heirs, Executors, Administrators and Assigns into the full sum of Eighty Two Pounds lawful Jersey money at 8 Sh: 0 ounce, to be paid to the said Baltes Bickel, his Heirs, Executors, Administrators or Assigns, to the which payment well and truly to be made we bind ourselves as Elders and Deacons for this this time and our Successors in the said Commissions for and in behalf of the forementioned Meeting House and Congregation, firmly by these Presents. Sealed with our Seal, Dated this Eighteenth Day of December in the year of our Lord God, One Thousand, Seven Hundred and Fifty.

The condition of this obligation is such, that if the above bound en Lorentz Ruloffs, Jacob Shupmann, Andreas Abel Sen., Johannes Moelich, Adam Fukeroth, Georg Schwartz, Philip Weiss, David Moelich, Casper Hindersheist, Samuel Bernhard, Joseph Hernbekker, Jacob Klein and Jacob Fassbinder, Elders and Deacons of the said and before mentioned Congregation, or their successors in the said Commission, shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the foresaid Baltes Bickel, his Heirs, Executors, Administrators or Assigns the full sum of Fourty One Pound money aforesaid with lawfull interest of the same, at the Eighteenth Day of December next ensuing the Date hereof, then this obligation to be void and of none Effect or else to remain in full Force.
