Collegii Magdalen: Oxoniensis Proeses, Eccle. de Wakefield
Vicarius, qui quidem Thomas obiit 9 die Maii 1537, cujus
anime propitietur Deus. Ac etiam orate pro ejus anima et pro
animabus parentum suorum, ut per gratiam Dei.
