[The following is a composite report from former Membership & Treasurer Roger Gephart and current Membership & Treasurer David Herd.]

The Fulbright Family Association (FFA) account, Derby KS, was closed and the amount contained in it was sent to David Herd, the newly elected FFA Treasurer. Also, he was sent a letter from the IRS assigning Tax ID NBR 48-1138811. Since our annual gross receipts are less than $5,000, we are tax-exempt by statute.----Roger Gephart.

As your new Membership Secretary/Treasurer I would encourage each member, regional member to promote the FFA. For our association to survive we need to renew our memberships and encourage others to join our family association
