Mr. and Mrs. Will Parker of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, are the parents of a new daughter. Madeline Rose Parker is named for two of her grandmothers. Her official first name, Madeline, is from her maternal grandmother, Reva M. Fulbright (Mrs. Dan L. Fulbright). Madeline will be called "Mattie" which is her paternal grandmother's first name. Mattie Rose was born at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa on October 15 at 10:08 AM. Mattie's mother is Missy Fulbright Parker, daughter of David Fulbright and the sister of Dan Fulbright.
