New Resources for Fulbright Family
Data on the Internet
Thanks mostly to Paul Fullbright, we have a number of new databases and other resources for Fulbright family information on the world wide web. Paul has spent many long hours posting this information, and has agreed to be the list owner for a Fulbright genealogy list at ROOTSWEB. Among the sources of information he has posted are:
Fulbright Census Soundex listings:
1880 Arkansas census:

1920 Arkansas census:

1910 Oklahoma census:

In addition, Paul has started a Fulbright mailing list on Rootsweb. People can subscribe to this list in mail mode by sending a message to [email protected] that contains the word:
subscribe
and nothing else. If they prefer digest mode (all messages for one day in one message), they should send the command instead to
[email protected].This list can very easily take the place of the Fulbright Family Connection, which has not been very active of late. If any of you think this is not a good idea, please email Bill Eddleman at: [email protected]
