Missy Fulbright, daughter of David Fulbright of Independence, Missouri and Cleta Fulbright of Ozark, Missouri graduated Summa cum laude from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma in May, 1992. Missy was named to Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.

Missy signed a contract to teach sixth grade math at Haskell Middle School in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. She is now living in Tulsa.
