The Last Is Not Least

For those who fly, this is probably the key piece of information. The trip from the airport to one s destination can be difficult. It need not be that way in North Carolina.

If transportation from the Asheville Airport to Lake Junaluska is of concern to you, call The Road Runner Shuttle Service, and ask for Steve Childers, at 1-704-926-3322. Contact him in advance of your arrival date. Rates: 1 person for $35.00. 2 people for $20.00 each. 3 or more persons for $15.00 each.

Judy suggests that you plan on spending part of your vacation at the Lake. If you like to camp, there is a campground. There is golf, a pool, basketball, volleyball, walking and hiking trails, paddle boats, canoes, and much, much more.

Very close by, one can find the Cherokee Reservation where there is much to do and see. Also, only two hours from Lake Junaluska is Dollywood and Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
