The Board of Directors meeting was brought to order by President Catherine Houser with words of worship from Dr. Arthur Fulbright.

Ten members were present. A discussion regarding Regional Representatives ensued and it was agreed there should be more activity regarding news articles and input from said representatives, as well as having and hearing from representatives from all states. A list of such names should be included in the newsletter.

Information on the Pritchard family (connected to the John and William Wilson line) is requested so as to be included in the newsletter, as it is the desire that all Fulbrights be included in this organization.

We look forward to Ed and Claire Stout attending our next reunion at Cape Girardeau, MO, as well as all others of the Fulbright connection.

Notify Bill Eddleman of any ideas and assistance members can give to assist him in his undertaking of the 1999 reunion.

An offering take will be given to the Old independence Regional Museum at Batesville for the Fulbright section.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
