The Rev. Edgar G. Latch, chaplain of House of Representatives in Washington, D.C., has invited the Rev. Arthur C. Fulbright, former resident of Cape Girardeau County and former pastor of Dexter United Methodist Church, to offer invocation in House on Feb. 21, and to serve as honorary chaplain; Fulbright is presently pastor of Wilkes Boulevard United Methodist Church in Columbia, Mo."
