I, Margaret McTamany of Washington Township Cambria County Pennsylvania, do hereby announce, declare and publish, the following, as and for my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void, all wills heretofore made by me, at any time.

1st, I direct my Executor hereinafter named, to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses, as soon as convenient, after my death.

2nd I will and direct, that my Executor pay unto the Pastor of the Catholic Church that I attend, the sum of One hundred Dollars, for Masses to be said for the repose of my Soul.

3rd I will and bequeath unto William T. Reilly, the sum of five hundred dollars in trust, that the said sum of five hundred dollars, shall first be applied for the support and maintenance of Mrs. Mary Reilly - the mother of said Wm. T. Reilly - during her life time and for the funeral expenses of the said Mrs. Mary Reilly after her death: whatever amount of said sum of five hundred dollars, remains after the death of the said Mrs. Mary Reilly, the said balance is to be paid by my Executor, to the said Wm. T. Reilly if living, if he is deceased at said time, then said balance, to be paid to his legal heirs, in equal shares: my Executor hereinafter named and the said Wm. T. Reilly to carry out, the provisions of the third clause of this my Will jointly.

4th I will and bequeath to Mrs. Annie McTamany and her children, the sum of Three hundred Dollars in equal shares, of said sum of $300.00.

5th I will, bequeath and devise unto my brother John McTamany, all the residue and remainder of my personal property and also will, bequeath and devise unto the said John McTamany all my right, Title and interest in all real estate situate in Washington Township Cambria County Pennsylvania, received by me in any way or manner from my father Timothy McTamany now deceased.

6th I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint John McTamany, the Executor of this my last Will and Testament.

In testimony whereof, I Margaret McTamany have to  this my last Will and Testament, set my hand and seal, this Seventeenth day of November A.D. nineteen hundred and fifteen 1915.

Signed, sealed, announced declared and published by the said Margaret McTamany as and for her last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, who in her presence and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names, as witnesses thereto.
