CARLTON TELEPHONE OFFICE
The telephone office was owned by C. J. Carson and his
two daughters are in the picture.
The two "girls" are from
left....Lucy Emma Carson, b. 7/17/1895, who married Henry W.
Northcutt...believe they lived most of their life in Erath Co......and
Lillie May Carson, b. 4/27/1889, who married Leander Alonzo
"Lonnie" Thompson and they lived their adult life in Gustine,
Comanche, Texas.
Lillie's daughter, Martha Mae Thompson Couch, died this year and this
picture was found in her belongings by one of her daughters, my cousin. She
forwarded it to me.... knowing I would place it in my family tree
scrapbook, etc.
