LEBANON BAPTIST CHURCH
Sarah Elmira (Rogers) Bryan was a charter member of the Lebanon Church
in Pottsville, which was organized in 1883. Mrs. Bryan's funeral was
held in this church in February, 1935. Mrs. Bryan was ascribed to
the beliefs of the "Old School Baptists."
I assume that this was a Primitive Baptist Church and
have found no other reference to this church other than in Mrs. Bryan's
