EISEN, WILLIAM GUS "WILLIE"

William (Willie) Gus Eisen, 86, died March 1, 2003 at his home in Harrison, Ark. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday March 5 at the Riley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Russell Nebhut officiating. Burial will follow in St. John Lutheran Cemetery at Priddy.

At an early age the family moved to Hamilton County were he grew up. He was a veteran serving in the Navy during World War II. Willie was united in marriage to Frieda Wahl August 22, 1953 at Aleman, Texas. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great- grandfather.

Survivors include his wife, Frieda Eisen of Harrison, Ark.; one son, Elroy Wahl and his wife Sharron of Everton, Ark.; two grandchildren, Eddie Wahl and his wife Brenda and John Dyson and his wife Kelly, all of Harrison, Ark.; four grandchildren, Ethan Wahl, Paige Wahl, Craig Dyson and Katie Dyson; one sister, Martha Blacklock of Fort Worth,; one brother, Rudolph Eisen of Hamilton and many nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Ray Lubke, Karl Obst, Paul Obst, Gene Rosentreter, E.E. Schrank and Paul Eisen.

HOHERTZ, ARTHUR

Arthur Hohertz, 93, of Priddy, died April 9, 2003 at Hamilton General Hospital. Funeral services were held April 11 at Zion Lutheran Church in Priddy with Pastor Kingman officiating. Burial was at St. John Cemetery in Priddy.

He was born Aug. 28, 1909 in Priddy, the son of Edward Hohertz and Louise Marwitz Hohertz. He was married to Freida Tiemann on Nov. 19, 1931 in Priddy. He had lived in Priddy most of his life.

Mr. Hohertz was a member of the Lutheran Church and Sons of Herman. He was a farmer and a rancher.

He is preceded in death by his wives, Freida and Leta; a son, Lee Roy Hohertz and a stepson, Otis Wilson.

Survivors include two sons, Charles Hohertz of Lubbock, Kenneth and wife Pam Hohertz of Big Valley; two daughters, Melbadean and husband Jack Tarter of Lake Brownwood, Ester Pearl and husband Calvert Hennig of Gardendale; 13 grandchildren; several step-grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; a sister, Opal Schrank of Hamilton; a brother-in-law, Pete Tiemann of Priddy; four step children, Corky and wife Joyce Wilson, Tom and wife Rita Wilson, Mary and husband Max Cagle, John and wife Virginia Wilson.

SENGER, HERMAN WILLIAM

Herman William Senger, 77, died at his home in Comanche on May 25, 2003. Funeral services were held at the Riley Funeral Home Chapel in Hamilton May 27 with Pastor John Feieraben and Craig Scoville officiating. Burial followed in St. John's Cemetery at Priddy.

Mr. Senger was born February 16, 1926, at Priddy, Mills County, Texas to August and Annie Rapp Senger.

He was baptized in 1926 and confirmed on April 21, 1944. He was a devoted father and grandfather. He was a carpenter and for many years he worked for Clemons Motor Company in Comanche.

He is preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Fredia Seider and three brothers: Ernest Senger, Albert Senger, and Carl Senger.

Survivors include his four children: Janie Perkins of Fort Worth; Billy Cleveland of Wiley; Rodney Senger of Priddy; and Herman Ray Senger of Comanche; five grandchildren: Tera Perkins, Chasey Senger, Kayla Senger, Summer Ray Senger, and Ryan Aaron Senger; two sisters: Pauline Kuklies of Hamilton, Helen Tischler of Winters; one brother, Rudy Senger of Hamilton and a number of nieces and nephews one of which he was very close to, Charles Senger of Comanche.

Pallbearers were Kenneth McNew, Eddie Parker, Danny Senger, August Gaydon, Otto Seider, and Kent Seider.
